App Creation Failed
I login with my personal account and try to create an app. Error message
is "Your account must be verified before you can take this action. Please
verify your account by adding your mobile phone or credit card." I click
the 'mobile phone' link. It says "Your mobile phone has been successfully
verified."
What is the next step?
